Professionals convinced by the approach

What the experts say
Dr Kozam TAHORADental surgeon

"Bruxless caught my attention due to its promising results. Several of my patients have reported a notable decrease in bruxism-related pain and an improvement in their sleep within just a few weeks. The rapid action of this device is a major asset, offering significant relief to people struggling with this often chronic condition."

Dr. Frédéric ALBERTHead of Research & Clinical Applications, PhD, FPS Expert

"In addition to their efficacy, focal vibrations (FV) have the advantage of being non-invasive, safe, and without side effects. [...] People who have tested the device report a significant relaxing effect with rapid and lasting relief from their pain and a reduction in bruxism episodes."

Professor Damien RICARDProfessor of neuroscience, Borelli UMR Center, Paris Saclay University

"This FPS technology, initially developed by Techno Concept for victims of severe pathologies, represents a major advance in post-stroke treatment and support, with concrete progress. It was inevitable and urgent that FPS be applied to other pathologies."

Functional Proprioceptive Stimulations
Bruxism and Bruxless

FPS technology originated from CNRS research via Techno Concept, and has been used in the field of motor rehabilitation for several decades. Its adaptation to bruxism was carried out in collaboration with the Centre Borelli UMR, University Paris Saclay, under the direction of Prof. Damien RICARD.

The headset integrates sensors at the masseters that record muscle activity. When activity is detected, calibrated mechanical vibrations are applied to the myotendinous junctions, generating a proprioceptive signal that aims to inhibit masseter activity. Worn regularly, Bruxless aims to progressively reduce the frequency and intensity of episodes.
