Refund policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from receipt of your Bruxless headset to try it and, if you are not satisfied, request a return and a refund.
Conditions:
- The product must be complete (headset, straps, cable, accessories), in good condition, cleaned and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) will be required.
- We may reduce the refund if the product shows damage or wear beyond normal trial use.
2. How to return a product
- Contact us at contact@bruxless.com before sending anything, stating your order number.
- If your request is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions.
- Parcels returned without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. You must then return the product within 14 days of your request, at your own expense. We will refund the price of the product and the standard delivery costs within 14 days at most of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold this refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped. The 30-day guarantee above is in addition to this statutory right and does not replace it.
4. Defective or damaged product
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or not as ordered. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by us. You are also covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.
5. Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved. It is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.
